If I could give Dr.Klement a 10 ,I would, Dr Klement and his team were amazing. I was terrified before my surgery, but because of the wonderful care and willingness to try new innovative approaches to help make surgery so much easier, I was doing extremely well within less than a week. . I need to have my other knee replaced as well and there is no other surgeon I would ever want to do that except for Dr. Klement. He is kind, the best and does everything he can for his patients. I feel blessed to have found him

Words can't express how fortunate I was to have Dr. Klement do my knee surgery. I'll be having my other knee done later in the year. I also appreciated the texts he sent out for encouragement and help. One of the big things I learned was to be patient and do the exercises. Dr. Klement, you're the best!

Not my first rodeo. I have had three knee replacements, the most recent of which was done by Dr. Klement in 2020. That was an excellent outcome, and led me to see him recently (Feb 2025) for a much needed hip replacement. I expected hip surgery would be an easier recovery than the knees, but I had no idea how much easier.
I did understand that the anterior approach offered by Dr. Klement was the least invasive hip procedure, but I experienced so little post surgery pain that I only took one opioid pill each of the first two nights after surgery, and that was to help assure a good night's sleep, not because of any pain. I was back to walking > 10,000 steps a day in no time, going up and down stairs and riding a stationary bike for exercise.
To enhance my rehab, I religiously followed the daily text message recommendations, which I thoroughly enjoyed. They offered tips and techniques for recovery along with a tinge of humor and encouragement.
I will definitely be back to the good Doctor if and when I need a second hip replaced.

Dr Klement and his entire team were helpful and caring professionals. The pre and postop information meeting and booklet were full of valuable information. I had apprehension before surgery due to my first hip replacement that was problematic. (Done by another Doctor) Dr.Klement and his team worked out a plan to address each problem. It made this hip replacement go smoothly and easily. The text messages sent daily throughout the first weeks of recovery were timed perfectly to answer questions that came to mind. It was as if they anticipated my questions! The messages were informative and encouraging. I highly recommend Dr Klement.

I had both a left and right TKR by Dr. Klement and am very pleased with the results! I feel like I am getting my life back after being in pain for so many years. Dr. Klement and his staff were fantastic to work with and made the process easy to understand. Having a booklet to explain the before, during and after of the surgery was very helpful and the text messages kept me informed and motivated throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Klement and his team!

I had a fantastic result and recovery due to Dr. Klement's pre and post total knee replacement care. I was very anxious about the recovery phase, but was pleasantly surprised by the speed and relatively easy progress healing wise and most importantly pain management. The daily emails with instructions and positive reinforcements were a welcome reminder to keep a positive outlook on my recovery. A big thank you to his staff, as well.

Dr. Klement did an outstanding job when he totally replaced my knee. He was highly recommended by a number of people who had very positive experiences.
From the initial meeting with him to discuss options I found Dr. Klement to
be not only extremely knowledgeable but also personable cheerfully answering my many questions.
I also appreciated the frequent text messages which provided encouragement to keep doing the
exercises as well as information concerning what to expect during the healing process. All of these messages were extremely helpful!
The physical therapists, Sami and Marissa, have been wonderful. They have explained the function and need for all the exercises and have encouraged and supported me every session.
Dr. Klement and his staff are truly awesome!

I have had such a positive experience with having my hip replaced at OAW. The educational preparation, Dr. Klement’s surgical skills, and the reassurance of the follow up text messages, were all a tremendous help.
My main objective with having my hip replaced was to gain range of motion. It has been six weeks since my surgery and I have improved in every area with my range of motion because of the wonderful mechanics of my new hip and because I have been devoting an hour and a half daily doing exercises.
I can’t thank Dr. Klement enough for his confidence with being able to help
me!

Part 2 - I forgot to mention that the daily texts sent from Dr Klement’s office were always spot on like they knew what kind of day I was having. Definitely sign up for them! Dr Klement also has fantastic bedside manner. My Total Knee Replacement was in June, 2025 & I have zero complaints!! Thank you Dr Klement & staff!

Can I give more than 5 stars? Dr Klement is wonderful. He was so kind prior to surgery answering my questions & elevating my concerns. I was shocked I’d come home the day of surgery & I did! Since he didn’t cut the muscles, my recovery was pretty much pain free! I had discomfort from swelling but no pain! The pain pump the anesthesiologist inserted that stayed in for three days was wonderful. I had home PT, which was great & then had PT at OAW with Meredith. She was the absolute best & very encouraging. She was great at pushing me when I needed to be pushed. I had PT three times a week which I think helped my recovery. I also had pre-surgery PT to strengthen my muscles. I highly recommend Dr Klement & Meredith & all the medical & PT staff at OAW! Thank you for giving me the ability to be pain free & more active now that my knee has been replaced. If you need a Total Knee Replacement, Dr Klement is the Dr to go to!

Dr. Klement and his staff went over and beyond to ensure that my TKA went smoothly. He also addressed any fears and concerns in a kind, thoughtful way. Surgery was very successful and recovery was much less painful than I had expected due to preop and postop guidelines. Getting the positive feedback texts was fun and very informative. All in all, a homerun. If I could give a rating of 10 stars, I would!!

Dr. Klement and his team at OAW were extremely professional and caring. After a clear explanation of the diagnosis and the options available to me, I decided on a knee replacement. I really appreciated Dr Klement providing thoughtful recommendation with understandable reasoning behind it. The process from preparation through surgery and recovery was reviewed and surgery was efficiently scheduled. Thorough prep instructions were given and all pre-surgical discussions were scheduled and performed. Surgery day was very efficient with multiple check-ins by Dr. Klement and the anesthesiologist, who did a great job. The surgical staff was tremendous, with the procedure and post op process completed perfectly. Pain management was thoroughly explained and well managed. The post-op check-ins with Dr Klement and his PAs were very efficient as well. The text message program was awesome and its interrogative feature answered most all my questions.
I would highly recommend Dr Klement to anyone in need of this type care, and will use him again for my other knee when that time comes.

Dr Klement and the entire staff at OAW are superb. I had a TKR and they start the process meticulously with the pre surgery guidance, staff promptly responding to any questions you may have. The surgical team was great, I was checked in and discharged later that day. Everything went as expected. The follow-up txt messages and the PT provided by OAW definitely got me back quickly, exceeded the benchmark motion ranges and graduated the PT sessions at the 6 week mark. Still have a 6 mo follow up checkup to do but I am very happy with the outcome.

The entire process was well explained. What I enjoyed the most were the daily message they always sent. They were spot on and reassuring. I called the support staff on several occasions and they always responded efficiently. They were also helpful in many ways.

Dr Klement buts you at ease. He will answer any questions you may have. Was very uneasy worrying about my hip replacement but the Doctor explained everything to me in layman’s terms. The staff was very friendly and supportive also. Would recommend Dr Klement for any type of surgery. The messages you receive after your surgery was very helpful. Thank you Dr Klement
