Dr Klement was very honest in preparing me for my total knee replacement. The booklet and bags I received at my pre op visit gave me time to prepare and ask questions. His nurses were very pleasant and responded to my concerns quickly. I so appreciated the post op text messages I received. They answered any questions and gave me much support as the days and weeks passed.

Dr. Klement and everyone on his staff are remarkable! They were patient with me and my many questions. The exercises were very helpful in preparing for and recovering from my tal hip replacement. The text messages I received on a daily basis after surgery gave helpful tips and resources for every step of my recovery. Thanks to the entire team I can resume my active life!

Dr Klement and his team made me feel fully educated about my hip replacement. The surgery went smooth. I had no complications or issues at all. I was able to resume all normal activity within days. Daily text messages were awesome in helping measure progress and answer any questions that I had. Overall this was a great experience and my hip feels fantastic!

This has been a great experience from start to finish. I appreciate all the information that was given to me through staff and text messages. It kept me motivated throughout. The pain after surgery was less than I thought it was going to be. I would highly recommend Dr. Klement and his team.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Even the day before my surgery Dr. Klement called…Outstanding and that was a first for me!!!! I couldn't be happier with my decision to have my hip replaced by Dr. Klement. The staff at OAW was also great! The automated daily texts, which I knew were going to happen, was still a pleasant surprise, and very informative . The recovery from surgery has been easy. I cannot believe how much my life has improved in six weeks. I cannot wait for my other hip replacement this coming Tuesday. Thank you Dr. Klement!!!!

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have my hip replacement with Dr. Klement and OAW. The automated text service was very informative and the ability to ask questions was great. The recovery from surgery was very easy. I cannot believe how much my life has been improved since having the replacement.
I will need my other hip done and without question I know who I will go to. Thank you!!!

5 stars plus to Dr Klement and his team My full knee replacement resulted in surprisingly minimal discomfort during the healing process His daily texts offering instruction and encouragement definitely a motivation to get better

From the first time I met Dr.Klement I was convinced that he was the right doctor for me. He was very receptive to my questions and didn't seem to be in a hurry to leave the office. He made me feel very important. Now about the text messages,they were a surprise.I knew I was going to receive them because I signed up for them but I was totally amazed at how informative they were I love that I can go back and read them whenever I need to.I would give them a 10 on any survey.I am going to miss hearing from the group and have told many about them! Thank you one and all.

Dr. Klement has been an outstanding surgeon for my total knee replacement. He is thorough, kind and knowledgeable. His texts and phone call prior to surgery were very helpful. He is the best surgeon that could have done my procedure. I have every confidence I’ll be walking and biking well soon with his help.

I have nothing negative to say at all about my experience with Dr. Klement and his team. Wonderful doctor who’s very kind, and personable . You can also sign up for his texts after the surgery so you can know what to expect at certain intervals of your recovery. My surgery was in the morning, and I was home by lunchtime. Who would’ve thought! Absolutely no regrets. He’s a great hip surgeon. Thank you, Dr. Klement!

I just had my second complete hip replacement - only 5 weeks after the first - both done by Dr. Klement and his staff. The facility - the staff - the Doctor - his assistants - and the front office personnel were extremely polite and engaging. Pure professionals. Both surgeries went very well - and I would recommend Dr Klement to anyone
